Welcome to Kampilya.com. By accessing or using our website and placing orders for fresh milk & dairy products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using kampilya.com, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products & Services

We deliver fresh A2 milk, paneer, ghee, curd, butter, and other dairy products directly from our farm. All products are perishable and meant for immediate consumption or refrigeration.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
  • We accept payments via UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets through Razorpay / PayU
  • Prices are inclusive of GST and delivery charges (as displayed at checkout)
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice

4. Delivery

  • Delivery available only in selected areas of [Your City/District]
  • Delivery time slots: 6–8 AM (Morning) & 6–8 PM (Evening)
  • We strive for on-time delivery, but delays may occur due to traffic/weather
  • If you are unavailable, products will be left at your doorstep at your own risk

5. Subscription Plans

Monthly/weekly subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellation requires 48 hours notice via email or WhatsApp.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before 10 PM for next-day delivery
  • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days to original payment method
  • No refund for delivered/perished products
  • Wrong or damaged products → free replacement or full refund

7. Product Quality & Complaints

Report quality issues within 4 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kampilya.com and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and branding on kampilya.com are owned by us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], Uttar Pradesh, India.

11. Changes to Terms
